The Skills Builder is the training program which prepares talent for industry. SB will focus on building the core skills of individuals to align with the expectations of the job demand.
Phase one of the training will focus on getting participants properly acquainted with the industry they will be working in. This is crucial because most of the gaps in the job market are as a result of core understanding of the industry’s activities. SB quickly solves this problem through the well designed industry–knowledge program. At this phase of the training, a comprehensive curriculum will be utilized and industry experts will be engaged to provide a top-notch learning experience for participants.
Every training program organized within SB will be certified and all participants will be rated through the BIH Platform.

The Job Placer is the advanced stage in the innovation program implementation model. The job placer stage is where various individuals are integrated into their new/existing jobs. At this stage revenue/income generation will begin. At this stage the progress of all talents will be monitored and evaluated. The BIH platform will provide analytics on talent regarding their personal development, performance and revenue generation.
This phase is as dynamic as the other phases within the implementation model. The talent will be monitored and where there are new opportunities available they will be exposed to it. This makes Job Placer unique as the individual is constantly appraised throughout their work cycle and presented better opportunities as they develop.
BlueSpace Innovation Factory(IF)
The Innovation Factory is where we design, create and build. At IF, creativity comes alive. By giving innovators access to sandboxes and other innovation tools. We build solutions that solve real life problems. IF is about changing the status-quo. Through engineering, IF creates a community of builders, innovators, creators who leverage the IF platform to create. IF if is about creating next-gen solutions that impact Africa and the world at large.
IF leverages the innovation toolkits made available through our partnerships with OEMs from around the world to build a pool of innovation sandboxes and kits.
An example of a program within IF, is the Fintech Factory. The Fintech Factory focuses on creating solutions and making talent available for the financial industry. The model of the fintech factory is what the Innovation Factory seeks to replicate across other industries.
Digital Talent Network
The digital talent is one of the programs we are implementing to support the private and public sectors across Africa. The Digital Talent Network is a platform that aggregates the best talent to support various projects across Africa. The program will be the number one digital talent platform for AfCFTA.
BlueSpace Digital (BD)
BlueSpace Digital will fully digitalize the operations of BIH and ensure BIH is scalable and meeting impact metrics. BD will constitute a dashboard, portal, analytics, cloud infrastructure and other technologies to enhance the BIH experience. BD will automate the following key areas across BIH: Acquisition/Onboarding Processing Montoring This will give users and stakeholders of BIH a smooth engagement experience while making BIH dynamic, impactful and ready for the future of innovation.

Our CodeFACTORY is an idea development environment that provides tools and resources for creating, testing and deploying ideas. Essentially, we take viable ideas and assist in their realization.

BIH will be the hub for finding talents across all the ecosystems.. TalentFACTORY will be dedicated to identifying, developing and nurturing talented individuals in a specific field or industry. Talents will be provided with training, coaching, mentorship and networking opportunities to help individuals improve their skills and gain exposure to industry professionals.
CapitalFACTORY
In our CapitalFACTORY, a team of experienced entrepreneurs, investors and domain experts work together to identify promising business ideas, develop and test them, and then launch new ventures. We will be working with multiple startups at once, with the goal of creating a portfolio of successful businesses.
